JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for sales management, primarily business development activities (75%) and existing account management (25%), aggressively sourcing new business opportunities, managing sales opportunities through to completion, demonstrating exemplary communication through the sales cycle and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Focus on identifying new customer and sales opportunities: Research potential client or opportunity; Develop and maintain client relationships
•Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
•Assist with the Sales budget and forecast process, and work with Sales, Customer Service, and customers to develop, monitor, refine, and update specific customer sales forecasts
•Research customer needs and create an opportunity pipeline in an effective manner
•Coordinate with internal teams (such as the Technical Department, Operations, and Customer Service) as well as the client to develop mutually beneficial proposals
•Develop and facilitate presentations to leaders at all levels in a professional and effective manner
•Negotiate contract terms with clients and timely communicate with all appropriate stakeholders
•Monitor to ensure contracts are executed fully and as agreed
•Regularly update the CRM software to track useful information regarding customers, prospects, and competitors
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technical developments that affect key target markets
•Support the broader Sales Department with monitoring and managing strategic sales efforts to grow the business
•Understand and support the quality policy and ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
•Perform all other related duties and assignments as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
:
•3-5 years related experience Required
•Previous Aftermarket sales experience Required
•Previous OEM sales experience Preferred
•Grease, oil, and/or industrial lubricant experience Preferred
•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Driver’s license Required

COMPUTER SKILLS:
•Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
•Familiar with CRM systems
•Experience with Inventory Management Systems is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Regularly required to talk and hear while performing the duties of this position
•At times, prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer
•Extensive travel schedules and different time zones
•Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs
