Overview

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

•

Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.

•

Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.

•

Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services.

•

Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the software industry.

•

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

•

Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

•

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.

•

Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of market dynamics and trends.

•

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

•

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

•

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
