We're looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager who can take charge of both revenue generation and business administration. You’ll be empowered to work independently, think like an owner, and help us serve clients while growing the business. •Photography & videography for trade shows, brand launches, marketing campaigns, and social media
•High-volume and boutique headshot stations and portrait booths
•Scalable photo booths with live printing (2x6 to 8x10), overlays, and branding for activations
•Event coverage, interviews, testimonial reels, and corporate highlight videos
Rival Sports Media
We rival legacy providers like Lifetouch, CADY, and others by offering dynamic, flexible, and school-first services:
•Class & student photos, yearbooks, and other traditional school media products
•Team and individual sports photography, media day setups, banners, and highlight reels
•Full sports broadcasting production with livestreaming on YouTube, complete with commentators
•Services spanning youth leagues to collegiate athletics

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
•Generate and close new client accounts across events, corporate activations, schools, and sports orgs
•Identify decision-makers in key markets (schools, marketers, athletic programs, event planners, etc.)
•Develop proposals, pitch services, and build partnerships
•Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using basic CRM or internal tools
Client Relations & Account Management
•Serve as the primary liaison for new and ongoing accounts
•Ensure smooth onboarding, deliverables tracking, and client satisfaction
•Oversee communication touchpoints and retention strategies
Administration & Business Operations
•Manage the contracting process from draft to signature to archive
•Manage bookkeeping across brands: invoices, payments, categorizing expenses
•Coordinate with accountants/bookkeepers to maintain clean, accurate financials
•Track internal tasks, renewals, payment reminders, and service deliverables
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•$7,500+ in new monthly revenue (across any brand/service)
•Minimum 2–3 new client accounts/month
•Weekly reporting of revenue, status updates, and task completion
•100% compliance on contracts, invoices, and service fulfillment
Bonuses kick in at revenue milestones, with additional incentives for outstanding operations and client retention.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re looking for someone who:
•Has 3+ years in sales, business development, or operations
•Understands or is excited by the event media, creative services, or school/sports photography industries
•Can work autonomously, self-prioritize, and communicate clearly
•Feels confident building relationships and presenting creative solutions
•Can manage contracts and client records with accuracy
•Understands basic bookkeeping and invoicing (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc)
•Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced, and ever-evolving small business environment
