Bulldog Truck Driver

Mansfield Service Partners is providing an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to obtain their Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Performing in this role as a Non-CDL Driver will provide the opportunity to gain valuable fuel delivery experience and industry knowledge while preparing you to obtain your commercial driver’s license.

Drivers in this Non-CDL bulldog driving position will be considered for assistance in obtaining their commercial driver's license after successfully fulfilling the role for a specified period and meeting all designated requirements.

We're seeking an individual for a Non CDL “Bulldog” Truck Driver position to join our fuel department in Aurora, Colorado.

As a Non CDL truck driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of fuels to our valued customers. Driver will deliver and distribute fuel to small tanks and equipment such as generators, pumps, and reefers, locally via a non cdl “bulldog” fuel truck.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid C driver’s license required

- Previous non-cdl delivery driver experience preferred, but not required

- Site specific training will be provided

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

- Must possess effective written and oral communication skills

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills

- Collaborate with Dispatchers

- Maintain Vehicles

- Plan Routes and Schedules

- Capability to work weekends

SCHEDULE:

- Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday.

SHIFT:

- Night Shift - Starting around 4-5pm, with OVER TIME PAY! On a night shift you will have the added benefits of extra pay, less traffic, and fewer distractions.

- Day Shift - Starting around 4-5am, with OVER TIME PAY!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely transporting fuels using a non cdl “bulldog” truck

- Driving trucks while observing DOT driving regulations and adhering to safety guidelines.

- Ensuring products are hauled in a safe and appropriate manner.

- Verifying directions with plant personnel to ensure accurate delivery.

- Striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve high levels of satisfaction.

- Building strong relationships with both external and internal customers.

- Maintaining the cleanliness and proper condition of equipment.

- Performing pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.

- Conducting basic vehicle maintenance tasks and reporting defects or damage.

- Demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree.

- Any other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

- Position pays $21 - $22.50/hr
