Building Maintenance

Description:

- Will have overall responsibility for seeing that the grounds and buildings are the best they can be.

- Keep common areas painted and in like-new condition.

- Keep all interior lights working.

- Maintain filters in all heating and cooling units.

- Maintain grounds in a pristine manner.

- Maintain the exterior of buildings including keeping the outside windows clean.

- Keep van maintained and in working order.

- Driver's License Class C required

Requirements:

Experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance, and general overall building repairs. Must be able to lift, push, pull 50# on a consistent basis, in noncontrolled environment. Work Weekends as needed.
