We are now looking to enhance our team by adding a talented individual to the Finance team someone who shares our passion in working towards a common mission.

This is an on-site position.

Placement: Permanent. Looking for a long-term commitment.

You’re not a typical accounting professional, you have personality and verve. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting projects. Attention to detail, consistent high-quality performance and a happy ‘What’s-Next?’ attitude is required for this position.

Required Skills to succeed in the Role:

Of course, Accounts Receivable, or experience working in other Accounting functions.

You know how to accurately process:

- Billing and Collections,

- Credit card and AMEX payments online.

- Deposit cheques.

- Return shipments and prepare/send credit memo’s accurately

And you know how to:

- Prepare commercial invoices.

- Print cheques.

- Prepare customs documentation.

- Send timely shipping confirmations.

- Schedule and print courier labels.

- Provide additional shipping documentation and provide additional support as required.

- Prepare the AR month end statement.

- Update spreadsheet data.

- Prepare and update reports.

And you understand:

- Fulfilment.

- You are organized, and can reconcile accounts and update reports on a weekly basis.

- You’re a team player, supporting Sales, and occasionally cross-function with A/P.

You will be a star, if you can prepare US/Canada import & export documentation, have an understanding of US sales tax.

You’ll be a true Super Star if you have experience with the NetSuite (ERP/CMS) System or similar ERP Systems.
