Location: Lake Elsinore, CA (On-site)

Salary: $19-21 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Helping customers understand and manage their energy costs with clarity and accuracy. Our mission is simple: streamline solar billing, optimize financial efficiency, and promote a cleaner, greener energy future.

We’re a small, agile company with big goals, and we’re looking for a Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage monthly billing cycles for solar PPAs from start to finish

- Review contracts and ensure billing aligns with agreement terms

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met

- Generate and maintain invoices, receipts, and billing records

- Communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and explain charges

- Track payment status and follow up on overdue accounts

- Assist in improving billing processes and internal systems

- Stay informed on industry standards and compliance guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Comfortable working in Excel and learning billing software

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Experience in billing or administrative work is a plus, but not required

- Interest in renewable energy or the solar industry is a bonus!
