Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our Program Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable, and maintaining compliance with contracts. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various accounting software to support our financial operations effectively. This position is office-based in Wixom, MI for the first 2-3 months with on-the job training. There is an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule, with 20%-40% work from home. with demonstrated proficiency and reliability in core responsibilities.
- Perform data tracking and analysis for various projects. Utilize excel low code functions to collate data and create pivot tables for performance measurement and action plans.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
- Audit Time and Expense entries in the company’s ERP system.
- Assisting the Program Manager in the generation of all invoices and supporting backup documentation and the checking and dispatching of these invoices to clients within specified timelines
- Regularly coordinate with client project team, and other stakeholders for successful project execution.
- Manage the billing cycle from invoice generation to payment collection.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Collaborative nature and willing to share knowledge across broader teams.
- Strong Microsoft excel skills and ability to use expert functions in excel to search, sum, combine, and organize data in excel.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat).
- Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be able to complete a satisfactory background check.
