Project/Billing Coordinator – Contract 1 Year

Your Day-to-Day:

Job Description:

- Processing billing – high volume – up to 100 entries daily depending on workload

- Weekly meetings with vendors

- Research WO/PO errors

Qualifications:

- Work Order and Purchase Order creation in SAP (doesn’t necessarily need to have SAP experience but would be preferred).

- Customer service experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications specifically working in Excel Spreadsheets.

- Good negotiating skills desired
