This position will be responsible for preparing job specific invoices based on communications and information from our field employees. Applicant will be responsible for those invoices being sent off to our customers for processing and payment. Experience with computers and specifically Excel and Adobe applications is recommended. Other responsibilities will include communicating with our customers and internal departments such as Accounts Payable and Payroll. Applicant must have the ability to multi-task, work independently and possess good organizational skills. Due to the direct correlation to our company revenue, accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail are crucial and necessary to succeed in this position. Data-entry experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, Oracle based software are preferred but not required.
