This position is responsible for bidding and billing jobs and service calls. This position also manages the company’s inventory, including ordering, receiving and setting up paperwork for new jobs.
- Use established system to bid new jobs
- Complete billing for new jobs and service calls
- Maintain inventory levels and order as needed
- Work with operations manager to ensure inventory is received in an organized manner
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth ordering, shipping and tracking when needed
- Meet with management to help improve operations and procedures
- Flexibility to problem solve and improve operations
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
