Inventory Control Coordinator
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that inventory is properly stored, organized, and accounted for. This individual will work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure inventory accuracy and availability to meet customer demands.
Essential Functions:
•Monitor inventory levels in computer system to ensure adequate supplies of materials, parts, and consumables, and assure their timely distribution.
•Regularly conducts cycle counts for all facilities of materials and identifies discrepancies.
•Conducts quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards.
•Reconciles inaccuracies and will research to find the root cause of inventory discrepancies.
•Assists with the preparation of timely inventory reports and other documentation as requested.
•Provides feedback for improving warehouse space utilization, such as pallet consolidation and racking systems.
•Support company growth efforts including new system site deployments and implementations.
•Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete materials to maximize product throughput rates.
•Data entry involving new products and price adjustments.
•Ensure incoming products are correctly received and managed appropriately according to company procedures.
•Maintain accurate process procedures for all inventory control functions.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

•Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow-up skills.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Microsoft Excel experience with ability to create, format and edit basic to intermediate calculations.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in all media.
•Proactive and self-motivated.
•Strong ability to work cooperatively with all company department stakeholders.
•Able to effectively work under pressure of deadlines in a multi-task, distribution environment.
•Result/customer service oriented

•High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree
•3-5 years of demonstrated experience in inventory control.
•Strong knowledge of inventory methods and systems.
•Proficient with ERP systems
•Microsoft Excel proficiency in creating and editing formulas and analyzing data
