The Billing Analyst is responsible day-to-day billing activities within their assigned workstream. This role contains data entry with a focus on problem-solving.
The salary for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.
What You Will Be Doing.
•Analyzes, audits, researches, and uses problem-solving skills to address billing issues.
•Administrates customer billing in electronic portals: Taulia, Cortex, Coupa, Ariba, Open Invoice, and others as needed. Coordinates with internal and external contacts to address any billing issues.
•Accurately maintains billing and customer records. Assist with customer onboarding process as needed. Utilizes Standard Operating Procedures to determine when to escalate exceptions to established processes and procedures.
•Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, customers, providers, and all others contacted during work using principles of excellent customer service.
•Creates and maintains SOP documentation.
What We Are Looking For.
•Education: Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, office management, or customer service-related role.
•Resourceful problem-solving, self-confident analytical skills, and detail orientation are fundamental skills in this role.
•Experience with ERP systems. Experience with Oracle preferred.
•Experience with electronic portal invoicing, customer onboarding, and maintenance, and day-to-day billing, preferred.
