We primarily service Northern New Jersey, Southern New York State, New York City, with a landfill located in Ohio, where we also own and operate a state-of-the-art rail-served landfill. The Billing Associate at Interstate Waste Services is essential for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for waste management services. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to address billing inquiries and ensure revenue collection. The Billing Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the company through meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.

IWS’s base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This role is not bonus eligible as part of the compensation package.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $24.00/Hr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $26.00/Hr.
