What You'll Do:
As a strategic member of our HR leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to:
•Drive Total Rewards Strategy: Help shape our comprehensive Total Rewards approach, ensuring competitiveness in the market while promoting internal equity across all functions.
•Lead Health & Welfare Initiatives: Design and manage impactful health and wellness programs, balancing employee needs with organizational priorities and cost efficiency.
•Craft Competitive Packages: Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefit plans that attract and retain top talent.
•Ensure Legal Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving regulations and ensure our benefit programs meet all federal, state, and local legal standards.
•Educate and Empower Employees: Develop clear, engaging communications to help employees understand and maximize their benefits.
•Foster a Culture of Wellness: Champion wellness initiatives that support employee health, engagement, and productivity.
•Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Prepare insightful benefit reports, evaluate program performance, and recommend enhancements based on market trends and company goals.
•Support Business Growth: Play a key role in M&A activity, providing due diligence insights and integration support for benefits and compensation plans.
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•CEBS certification (or working toward it); CCP preferred.
•5+ years of experience managing compensation and benefits programs, ideally in large, complex organizations (3,500+ employees).
•Expertise in self-insured health plans, wellness programs, and a variety of compensation structures.
•In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA).
•Advanced skills in data analysis, vendor management, and benefits systems (HRIS).
•A proven track record of driving employee engagement through strategic program design and communication.
