Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced B-Pressure Journeyperson Welder to join our growing team. As a key member of our manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and welding components for oilfield equipment. The successful candidate will bring a high level of expertise, precision, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

- Perform welding tasks in accordance with company specifications and industry standards.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using various welding processes.

- Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded components.

- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and project goals.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Pressure Vessel fabrication experience is considered an asset

- Process pipe fabrication is considered an asset

- 2-3 years experience in the welding/manufacturing industry

- Strong willingness to learn, listen, follow instructions, and ask for help when necessary

- Able to take direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced teamwork environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- CWB all positioning FCAW certification is considered an asset

- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including but not limited to: GMAW, SMAW, MCAW, FCAW

Education and Experience:

- Alberta Ticketed Journeyperson or equivalent out of province experience/training/certification (Mandatory)

- B-Pressure welding certification (Mandatory)

- Minimum 2 years experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Overtime after 8 Hours per day and/or 44 HR per week as required
