Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and planning flight operations for corporate or private aircraft. This includes managing flight schedules and communicating with flight crews and maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations. Participates in the financial and accounting functions of the Aviation department, including budgeting and regulatory reporting. Supports general office management functions, such as IT applications and equipment. Assists with safety reporting as required by the Safety Management System

What we are looking for:

Education Associate Degree in Business or related field of study. Or equivalent education.

Work Experience: Two years experience in the Aviation organization or travel services industry.

$72,380.00-90,474.50 USD
