We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in aviation and commercial construction to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead significant, high-visibility projects while representing the owner throughout all phases of development and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact between the owner and all project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, consultants, and government agencies.
•Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.
•Oversee multiple aviation and commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the owner’s goals, schedule, and budget.
•Manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and risk assessments with consultants and vendors.
•Provide high-level reporting, schedule updates, and issue resolution strategies to ownership and executive teams.
•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.
•Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class project outcomes.
Qualifications:
•Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in aviation, commercial, or large-scale public/private infrastructure.
•Proven experience working as an Owner’s Rep or in direct collaboration with ownership groups.
•Strong understanding of project delivery methods (Design-Build, CMAR, etc.).
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
•Local/regional experience in California is a plus.
