As a subject matter expert, you’ll ensure contract compliance, uphold safety standards, and implement quality assurance measures. You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive safety incident reviews, advancing contractor safety education programs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure operational safety and efficiency. You will also be accountable for monitoring contractor performance, coordinating monthly evaluations, leading contract launch meetings, managing safety reporting systems, and performing field safety observations. You will play a critical part in maintaining high accountability and safety standards, enabling the team to effectively navigate its expanded scope of services while ensuring optimal contractor performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
