About the Role
We are seeking an Air Compliance Coordinator to support an Oil and Gas company with key regulatory compliance initiatives. This individual will play a vital role in scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely completion of engine stack testing and related environmental compliance activities. This is a full-time, in-office position located in the Woodlands/Houston area, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and schedule engine stack testing in accordance with federal and state environmental regulations
•Maintain tracking systems for compliance deadlines, testing schedules, and documentation
•Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, third-party testing vendors, and regulatory agencies
•Assist with documentation and reporting for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
•Monitor regulatory updates and communicate compliance requirements to internal stakeholders
•Ensure thorough documentation and accessibility of records for ongoing and historical compliance
Qualifications
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Prior experience in environmental compliance or air emissions within the oil & gas industry is a plus
•Knowledge of engine emissions and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, TCEQ) is desirable
