- Interact face-to-face with customers to discuss AT&T’s telecom and wireless service options.

- Assist customers in selecting plans and packages that best fit their needs and lifestyle.

- Build trust and maintain positive relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is processed and updated.

- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to meet daily and weekly performance targets.

- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance satisfaction.
