Associate Director, Scheduling

In this role, you will be a member of our industry-leading planning and scheduling team that avoids costly surprises through the application of proven scheduling and project controls. Our comprehensive schedules ensure that projects are optimally planned, organized, and resourced. Versed in the means and methods of construction, and supported by state-of-the-art software and technology, our team produces projects that are free of surprises.

We are currently looking for an Associate Director to support a semiconductor client in the Sunnyvale, CA area. In this client facing role, you will be on site five days per week providing onsite leadership to the team. We are looking for someone that has prior field experience supporting manufacturing and/or semiconductor projects.

Education: BS in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering

Experience: 8+ years' experience in project scheduling, project engineering, project management or construction management

Preferred Certification: PSP, PMP,CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS

The salary range for this full-time role is $150,400.00-$210,533.36 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
