Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for supporting the service manager in overseeing daily operations within the service department. Manages customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting in service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role encompasses a blend of managerial duties and hands–on service tasks.
•Supervise subordinate employees in location operations
•Promotes and communicates the safety and Quality systems through meetings
•Ensures all subordinates understand and follow said systems.
•Performs service coordination
•Verifies billing, monitors purchasing and manages yard and office activity.
•Performs other duties and/or assignments accordingly.
•Accountable for assisting in the successful management of the region operations and supervising subordinates
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
•College Degree (engineering and/or business preferred)
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Previous experience and knowledge in the O&G completions sector.
•Superior organizational skills; strong attention to detail; excellent time management skills.
•Proficient with MS Applications including Excel, Word and PPT programs. Knowledge of ERP systems
•Strong communication skills with customers, employees and management team.
•Ability to develop professional relationships with customers
•Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
•No DMV major moving violations and/or DUI/DWI convictions within the previous 36 months
