Regional Operations Manager

Description:

Delta 360 is currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager

at our Corpus Christi, TX branch. You will be responsible for improving performance, efficiency, compliance, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements:

• Customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, and PC functions)

• Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and services

• Ability to learn and retain product specific information

• Self-motivated and results oriented, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of small motors, pumps, and equipment

• Willingness to take charge and offer opinions and directions

• Ability to analyze financial records to improve efficiency and manage cost

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
