Assistant Project Manager

Assist with reviewing and making recommendations for planning and design; develop scopes, programs, schedules, cost estimates, obtain, qualify and negotiate proposals, bids and contracts.

Aid in the oversight of design and construction; financial and feasibility analysis; development budgeting; managing team members, ensuring project completion according to specifications, and other key activities related to construction projects.

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with the construction of site and building systems, and a thorough understanding of the construction process and practice.

Complete working knowledge of MS Excel and MS project preferred.
