Our goal is to develop Assistant Project Managers into full-time Project Managers as part of our company's growth strategy.

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
•Ability to travel to and from the company's main office in Orange County to various job sites as needed.
•Assist in all phases of preconstruction and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
•Work collaboratively with senior project managers and team members to establish project objectives and deliverables.
•Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and interact with clients as necessary.
•Coordinate project tasks, including meeting scheduling, documentation preparation, and milestone tracking.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, requests for information, change orders, and other essential communications.
•Perform research and analysis to support project decisions.
•Assist in project planning and risk management processes.
•Promote and support the implementation of project management best practices.
Qualifications
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Competence in reading and interpreting contracts, schematics, and blueprints.
•Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
•Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
•A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
•Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
