Hillman has the opportunity for the position of Assistant Project Manager, who will be the key member of the project team and will work directly with the project manager.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

•

Knowledge of a variety of construction standards, methods, and procedures is desirable.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, efficiently, accurately, on schedule, and with a high degree of quality.

•

Provide support to the Project Management team.

•

Work with engineers to formalize construction documents.

•

Facilitate the bidding process, receive qualified bids, and prepare bid summary analyses.

•

Provide project management assistance throughout the construction process, including problem resolution and dealing with the day-to-day issues of the construction engineering process.

•

Review and respond to all RFI’s.

•

Maintain project schedules.

•

Review all requests for Change Orders and prepare Change Orders.

•

Prepare monthly Pay Apps.

Qualifications:

•

1 - 3 years of experience in construction/engineering management.

•

A college degree related to construction management, civil engineering, etc.

•

Ability to communicate well both written and verbally in English.

•

Procore experience is desirable, but not required.

•

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).

•

Be authorized to work in the United States.

•

Salary is commensurate with experience.
