This position will support program managers in delivering the customer experience and program operations for our solar industry, with emphasis on customer and trade relations, process implementation and improvements, data management, marketing activities and working with teams across Client’s business to deliver a great experience for our customers participating in our renewable choice programs.
This Project Coordinator will handle the subscriber requirements meaning that they will work with developers (solar garden owners) on subscriber bill credits, reporting, allocation, etc.
Each subscriber to a garden is allocated a certain percentage of the garden. Within that, that subscriber will receive a bill credit on their monthly bill. The bill credit is calculated based on what type of subscriber they are (i.e., low income, etc.) which means that they are billed differently depending on what type of class/level the subscriber is at.
There are approximately 430 active gardens within MN. This resource is responsible for managing subscribers in all the gardens. Subscribers can range from 5 to upwards of 1,000. In 2023, MN passed legislation to make this the Dept of Commerce program, however, Client still manages the interconnection process including the subscriptions. That said, the program is more complex than it was and there are still changes. This role will be heavily involved in making those changes and ensuring that we are implementing them correctly.
Work directly to support solar developers via email, phone and exceptional attention to detail performing operational processes. 5% marketing and customer experience tools; 95% program process delivery to help developers.
