Responsibilities

•Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
•Manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
•Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Maintain calendars for project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
•Conduct proofreading of project documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and feedback.
•Prepare reports and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings.
Skills
•Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
•Proficiency in calendar management to organize meetings and deadlines efficiently.
•Experience in the commercial dirt work and/or commercial construction industry is a plus but not required.
•Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
