We are looking for a skilled Assistant Controller to support our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Work with and mentoring the accounting staff, specifically Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing.

Work with the controller to ensure timeliness, consistency and accuracy of financial records which requires completing balance sheet reconciliations, Sales tax monitoring, cash and credit card management, fixed asset accounting, billing verification, payroll verification, and ensuring accurate information is input into the accounting system.

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications/Experience

Excellent Excel skills (The ability to read and understand/create formulas

Great organizational skills

Great attention to detail

Highly responsive to internal and external customers

Management and leadership skills at least 2 years

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance

Strong accounting skills

Sage100 experience is a plus
