Part-Time Hours working 15-20 hours per week. Flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The Accounting Clerk performs a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to assist General Manager.
- Create and issue customer invoices.
- Update accounting records with issued invoices.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare account statements for customers.
- Assist accounting with preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in the scanning and E-filing of documents.
- Provide administrative support as requested.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- High school diploma/GED
- Knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Preferred experience of one-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to observe details in order to accomplish tasks thoroughly and accurately.
- Ability to log on to a computer system, navigate in Windows, perform simple tasks within applications and enter information into a database/software program.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
