FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.

responsible for processing and paying a company's bills and invoices. They verify invoice accuracy, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments to vendors. This role also involves managing vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
- Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.
- Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
- Records entry of, verifies documentation for, and distributes petty cash.
- Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices.
- Other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED certificate is typically required, but an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field can be beneficial.
