Responsibilities

- Full understanding of all processes, procedures, and safety risks associated with one or more plant processing areas.

- Demonstrated leadership and personal discipline in performing tasks to ensure product quality and safe operations.

- Knowledge of products and QC analysis to recommend adjustments.

- Proficiency in required transactions within the manufacturing database.

- Ability to operate all plant equipment.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in R&M.
