Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Architectural Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound and warm calling, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals. Duties
•Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
•Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with architects by providing exceptional customer service.
•Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
•Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
•Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth.
•Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Experience
•CSI CDT certification or higher is required.
•Proven experience working with architects to get products specified.
•Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
•Experience using CRM software.
•Existing background relationships with architectural firms.
•An existing architectural black book is a plus.
