Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct in-house sales consultations with clients, providing advice on glass products and services.
•Perform site visits to assess client needs, provide accurate quotes, and offer solutions tailored to specific projects.
•Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
•Meet or exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
•Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
•Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, glass, or related industries.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
•Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
•Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
•Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
•Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset.
•Prior experience in B2B or construction-related sales is preferred but not required.
•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
