We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our products and services.

Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within your territory.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

•

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Skills

Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.

Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting.

Experience in territory sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
