Responsibilities

•Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
•Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills
•Proven experience in business development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Excellent account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
•Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
•Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

•Experience in territory sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
