Job Description:
At Fuelex Energy Ltd., you will apply your accounting skills in a stable, team-oriented environment, while gaining real exposure to how a business operates day-to-day.
We are currently looking for an AP/AR Administrator. This position is based out of our facilities in Burnaby, BC. This is a full-time role – Monday to Friday. Our team enjoys a regular work schedule, competitive wages, great benefits, and a supportive work environment.

This role offers a balance of consistent AP/AR responsibilities with enough variety to keep the work engaging over the long term. This role is best suited for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and a long-term position.
- Build a strong understanding of our financial processes
- Assist with month-end activities
- Cross-training in administrative and customer service functions to build a well-rounded understanding of the business and to provide occasional coverage.
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Apply customer payments and assist with collections follow-up
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (invoice entry, payment tracking, account updates)
- Assist with account reconciliations
- Support month-end processes
- 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated – a determined individual who is driven by goals and deadlines
- Accounting or business diploma (not required)
- Experience with ERP systems
