The Business Optimization group facilitates strategic cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery of enterprise programs leveraging change management practices to drive successful business outcomes. Enterprise Program Management is a workstream within the Business Optimization group. The Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating projects within enterprise programs, as well as analyzing, monitoring, tracking and project reporting. This role focuses on coordinating the efforts with key business stakeholders, IT, and project/program teams to ensure business objectives are met. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the Business Optimization management team and business leaders throughout the organization. In doing so, the candidate is expected to build and maintain lasting working relationships with all business stakeholders.
