ALA - Financial Analyst

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

- Assist delivery of key presentation materials for the consolidation of the enterprise annual budget and monthly outlooks for senior management and Board of Directors

- Gather financial and non-financial information to validate key business drivers and financial results amongst various business segments

- Support financial reporting, outlooking, and budgeting activities, including:

- Booking entries into the accounting system

- Act as liaison with multi-disciplinary teams, including Investor Relations and Corporate Development, to ensure data requirements are met and provide financial and non-financial data

- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables with the focus in EBITDA, capital expenditure, and DD&A results.

Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting discipline is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Power Point)

- Solid understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and their interdependencies.

- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills. Proven ability to understand complex business issues and present these in a logical and concise manner

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and deliver results working with direct and cross-functional teams

- Team player, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, displaying a high sense of urgency

- Demonstration of interest in leveraging new technology and data systems to optimize processes
