Review and prepare product certification packages for customer orders.
Ensure all documentation complies with Howco procedures, industry standards and customer requirements.
Enter and maintain accurate certification records in internal systems (ERP/document management).
Collaborate with quality, operations, and sales teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries related to documentation or certification requirements.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation as requested.
Assist in improving document control procedures and implementing process enhancements.
Maintain confidentiality and security of certification data and customer specifications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or technical degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in documentation, quality control, or administrative support—preferably in a manufacturing or metals environment.
