General Summary
The Quality Assurance Administrator supports the QA/QC team by managing documentation, tracking and managing quality metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of quality systems and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
•Maintain and organize quality documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance, and corrective action logs.
•Track and report on quality metrics such as non-conformances, corrective actions, and inspection results.
•Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions.
•Assist with various documentation for QA/QC personnel.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are understood and followed.
•Assist with document control processes to ensure timely revision and distribution of controlled documents.
•Respond to quality-related inquiries and support timely delivery of documentation for projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Technical Skills:
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
, including pivot tables, charts, and report generation required.
•Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
•Experience with document control systems and other software is a plus.
