We are searching for an Administrative Specialist III on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) The person will manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assisting in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. The person will handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. Establishing a working relationship with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service. Will be maintaining office supplies and manage inventory.
- Provides calendaring, scheduling and coordination of tasks and deliverables.
- Arrange travel and coordinates staff functions as needed.
- Coordinates activities with other administrators to ensure that leaders are aligned on outcomes and times, and transcribes notes, or develops slides, spreadsheets and other written materials, or proofreads materials.
- Maintains confidentiality of information, and coordinates with internal and external to include government personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.
