We keep the lights on — literally. Paramount Power installs and services emergency power systems for homes and businesses across Florida. We need a sharp, dependable admin to support our Sales and Installation teams and keep projects moving from start to finish.
- Manage the sales calendar and act as the point of contact when sales reps are unavailable.
- Keep records up to date — enter customer/product info, schedule maintenance, add notes.
- Upload and organize contracts, product sheets, photos, and other documentation.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct as needed.
- Track customer retention, generator service history, rentals, and related billing.
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with any other sales or office needs to keep the team running smoothly.
- Solid office/admin experience (sales support experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Asset: Florida Notary Public — required to obtain upon hire
