What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1 to 3 years applicable experience. Experience in and knowledge of energy industry is desirable.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in CRM. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to write formulas & create pivot tables. Ability to read and interpret general business and technical documents. Present information clearly and effectively, responding to questions from sales and billing. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, listening, articulate with ability to explain/interpret complex issues clearly, mindful of audience. Consultative and collaborative workstyle in working with potential/current customers and internal departments/colleagues. Well-organized, with ability to prioritize, plan proactively, manage conflicting priorities. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic learner, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts. Displays confidence in ability and performance on subject and role, exudes subject matter expertise. Effective problem-solving skills: ability to work from concept to analytics, identify alternatives and develop unique solutions.

What You’ll Get:

Grade 03: $21.50 - $26.87 per hour
