We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our fast-growing solar sales team in Victoria. You’ll be the organizational backbone—managing calendars, confirming meetings, updating reports, and keeping our CRM systems spotless. You’ll also play an active role in business development, contractor coordination, and client onboarding.
- Calendar & Communication Management: Coordinate meetings, conduct discovery calls, and ensure calendars are up-to-date for the sales team.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy, prepare weekly performance reports, and monitor meeting logs and time tracking.
- Client & Contractor Support: Assist clients with applications, conduct verification calls, and support contractor outreach and lead handoffs.- 1+ years in sales support, administration, or customer service
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), Google Workspace, and time tracking platforms
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
