- 2 - 5 years’ experience in office administration

- Answering and directing phone calls, opening gate for visitors/vendors
- Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking.
- Handling mail distribution and sending out packages.
- Ensuring all areas of the office are clean, organized, and equipped for daily operations.
- Coordinating office maintenance and repair activities.
- Organizing office breakfast/lunch
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assisting with inquiries or directing visitors to the appropriate person.
- Following office schedule for important reminders
- Position works primarily in an office environment
- Constant telephone activity; must have a high comfort level of initiating conversation
