About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our fast-paced, fun, and growing team in Winter Park. You’ll be the operational backbone of our sales department. The person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. You’ll be supporting active orders, updating our CRM, sending quotes, checking production timelines, and ensuring our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.
If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, communicates clearly, and wants to play a key part in our customer experience, this role could be a perfect fit.
Where Would I Work & What’s It Like?
All employees work out of our office in Winter Park, FL (just off of University). Our office is fast-paced and highly interactive among team members.
We’re an online company. No customer showroom means we can support our nationwide customer base without tire-kickers or distractions.
You’ll have a sit-stand desk, double monitors, and a super comfy ergonomic chair (Herman Miller Aeron if curious).
We design, sell, and make completely custom metal and fabric products (custom challenge coins, lapel pins, race medals, keychains, patches, etc.).
Less literally, we sell service. No one will see the design or buy products if we can’t give a good customer experience first.
Our goal is to deliver a service that’s so good customers can’t help but talk about it. We want to help not only the person inquiring but also their friends, family, and business associates.
Your annual compensation would be worth between $40,000.00 and $45,000.00 in year one and based on experience.
Base Salary $40,000-$45,0000 per year (based on experience) Benefits
Health Insurance + Vision and Dental-Matching 401k - 50% of up to 6% of income
You’ll begin by learning the full sales cycle so you can understand how projects move from inquiry to final delivery. This training will help you get comfortable with our CRM and the systems we use to manage quotes, production, and customer communication.
Once up to speed, your day-to-day will focus on supporting the sales team by managing order flow, reviewing artwork proofs, and communicating with both customers and our internal production teams. You’ll be responsible for entering and submitting orders accurately, ensuring nothing is missing or incorrect before production begins. You’ll also track timelines, coordinate updates, and handle post-sale issues like shipping questions or product concerns. Another important aspect of the role includes monitoring open purchase orders, following up on balances, and making sure that all loose ends are tied up before and after delivery.
Ultimately, your role is to make sure the sales process runs smoothly and that our customers feel supported throughout their experience. You're the person who keeps things on track, flags potential issues before they become problems, and ensures that no detail gets overlooked.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time. This role requires a unique mix of attention to detail, clear communication, and people skills. You’ll help keep projects moving while making sure customers feel supported throughout the process.
You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once. Our ideal candidate is the kind of person who notices the small stuff, follows through without needing reminders, and communicates clearly over email, phone, and text. Since all of our customer interactions happen remotely, strong written and verbal communication is essential.
You should also be comfortable talking to people from all walks of life. Our customers include military personnel, corporate buyers, small business owners, and artists. Your ability to listen, connect, and respond professionally will be a major part of your success here.
This is a role where curiosity matters. You’ll need to learn how our custom products are made and how our internal systems work so you can simplify a complex process for the customer. We’ll teach you everything, but we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and willing to ask good questions.
At the end of the day, you should be honest, dependable, motivated, and thoughtful in how you approach your work. We promote from within, and this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values both people and performance.
