Key responsibilities:
•Act as 1st point of contact for vendors, customers & other visitors.
•Answer, screen and direct all calls.
•Receive and send all mail and courier packages.
•Shipping and receiving of orders as required.
•Perform clerical duties as required such as data entry, typing documents, spreadsheet preparation and filing.
•Picking up supplies and office equipment
Qualifications:
•Some sales experience preferred.
•Successful completion of high school.
•Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products which include Word, Excel & Outlook email.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
•Dependable, self motivated with a strong work ethic.
•Exceptional Customer Service
•Training will be provided as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
