Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to support our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administrative support, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide general administrative and clerical support to department leaders and project teams.
•Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
•Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
•Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and time tracking.
•Support internal communications and follow up on action items.
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with tools like SAP, SharePoint, or Concur is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
•Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
•Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience supporting teams in the energy, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
•Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
