Mesa Production is looking to add an administrative assistant to the team. Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Monday through Friday, Schedule TBD. Must be flexible as duties can change
- Ensures that the accounting system is up to date daily. This will include invoicing customers, entering invoices from vendors, and reviewing credit card statements.
- Accounting: Report on expenses w/o PO’s, analyze fuel expenses vs ticketed days.
- Enter invoices in open invoice system for customers that use this system.
- Keeps manager informed and up to date on receivables and payables.
- Maintains and updates paperwork for VX Meters.
- Payroll Duties: Initiate/communicate with Payroll company, send reports and review for accuracy.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.
- Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
Filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
